Meet "Phillipe".  He is a time traveling French Pirate who has made New Orleans his home.  No one is sure how he appeared back in the 1700's,  but his cell phone and headset are dead giveaways to those of us living in modern times!  Phillipe is much sought after as a second mate to the mightiest of the pirate captains because of his vast knowledge and foresight.  He too, is a member of "The Brotherhood Of Pirates" in Olde New Orleans.  Our custom designed piece of art  features a "black frame" and comes in a 16 in x 16 in size.
